How do I opt into Pregnancy Journey?
You can opt into pregnancy journey by navigating to the Pregnancy Journey tab and entering in your expected due date. Please note that the due date must be in the future, and can be no more than 12 months out from the time of reporting.
While you cannot opt out of Pregnancy Journey appearing on your dashboard, you do not have to use it.
If you report a loss, we will replace the Pregnancy Journey experience on your dashboard with support resources.
How do I remove my health information from my Pregnancy Journey?
You can remove any connected health data sources by navigating to the Health Data menu on your Pregnancy Journey Tab. From there, you can launch the Human API widget to remove any sources you have connected through Human API.
If you are a Mount Sinai patient with health information pulled from our direct EMR (electronic medical record) connection, please follow the instructions listed below the Mount Sinai source in your health data menu to remove health information and sharing from this source.
How do I edit my due date?
You can edit your due date at any time by locating the “Settings” menu (gear icon) within the Pregnancy Journey Tab. From here, you can click “Edit” below due date and update it accordingly.
How do I report a birth?
You can report a birth at any time by locating the “Settings” menu (accessed by click on the gear icon) within the Pregnancy Journey Tab. From there, you can report a birth and access our experience.
How do I remove a reported birth?
You can remove a reported birth at any time by locating the “Settings” menu (accessed by click on the gear icon) within the Pregnancy Journey Tab and clicking “Remove” below the reported birth date. This will then re-calculate your Pregnancy Journey experience based on your last reported due date.
How do I report a loss?
You can report a loss at any time by locating the “Settings” menu (gear icon) within the Pregnancy Journey Tab. From there you can click “Report a Loss” in order to remove the Pregnancy Journey experience and access resources on loss.
How do I re-start my Pregnancy Journey after this?
You can re-start your pregnancy journey at any time by locating the “Settings” menu (gear icon) from the Reproductive Resources tab. From here, you can enter a new due date in order to re-activate the experience.
I am pregnant again - how do I start a Pregnancy Journey for this new pregnancy?
There is currently no way to start a new pregnancy through the Pregnancy Journey feature, but you can update your due date to reflect your new due date so that you can go through the pregnancy journey experience again.
Can I save or download this information?
There is currently no option to save or download Pregnancy Journey information.
How frequently will I receive emails from Sema4 when I use Pregnancy Journey?
Pregnancy Journey includes a welcome email and monthly emails that keep you updated on what types of information you can expect to see each month of your pregnancy. You’ll receive your first email after you report your due date.
Apart from this, you may receive data-related emails if you choose to share your health information with us as part of Pregnancy Journey or My Health.
As we seek to improve our Pregnancy Journey product, you may receive emails regarding opportunities to participate in user testing or clinical research.
How do I turn on/off Pregnancy Journey emails?
