If the email you received indicates that your test was canceled by your healthcare provider, please reach out to your provider for further information.
If the email you received indicates that your order was canceled because payment was not received, then we did not receive your payment within X days of your sample arriving at our labs. If you think that this might be a mistake, please contact customer support.
If the email you received indicates that your test was canceled because the sample couldn’t be processed, your child will need to provide another sample. Please reach out to your provider to order a new test.
