At least one of the biological parents who will provide a DNA sample for the test has not signed a Clinical Informed Consent. Without this consent, our lab cannot process and analyze their sample.
An email to provide consent was sent to the email address you provided for the biological parent. If they would still like to provide a DNA sample, please ask them to read and accept the consent. You can also remove the biological parent from the test order. By removing the biological parent, they will no longer be able to send in a DNA sample to be analyzed by the lab.
