You can track the status of your test through your Sema4 account.
When your test order is placed, you will receive an email with a link to register for an account. If you did not receive this email, or you deleted it, please contact customer support to receive a new registration email.
Once your account is created, you will be able to track your test progress through your Sema4 profile. To see the status of your test, log into your Sema4 profile and click on the Tests tab.
